Personal Statement help/advice?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to start my personal statement for applications this coming cycle. I'm just finding it difficult to start or how to start or write it. I know there's a thread for it, unless I'm wrong, but I guess I'm looking for advice and/or how others started and wrote theirs?
