Verifying Observation Hours

Hey guys, I'm applying this 2015-2016 cycle. I recently sent out my verification request form to a PT I was shadowing and he stated he verified my hours. But, on the PTCAS site it does not show up as verified but with a lock that states "Verification in Process." How should I go about this? Is this just a technical glitch since he stated he verified my hours and PTCAS just didn't update, or should I request PTCAS submit another email on my behalf?
